1. Service Eligibility

​

Clients must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts. All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and approval by Restored Hope Security LLC.

2. Scope of Services

​

Restored Hope Security LLC provides professional armed and unarmed security services, including but not limited to:

• Executive & personal protection

• Commercial, residential, and church security

• Event and venue coverage

• Mobile patrol and emergency response

Services are tailored per client agreement and are not guaranteed beyond the terms specified in a signed contract.

3. Officer Conduct & Dress Code

​

Our officers are TXDPS licensed and maintain a high standard of conduct. Officers may be deployed in uniform or plainclothes, based on client preference and assignment requirements.

Clients may not request services that violate state/federal law or compromise officer safety.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during service planning

• Ensuring safe working conditions for officers on-site

• Prompt communication of any hazards, threats, or changes in schedule

• Payment according to agreed terms (see section 5)

5. Payments & Invoicing

​

All services require a deposit or retainer as outlined in the service agreement. Final payment terms will be agreed upon before deployment. Late fees may apply for unpaid balances after 15 days. Returned checks may incur a service fee.

Restored Hope Security LLC reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the contracted amount).

Emergency service requests are non-refundable once dispatched.

7. Liability & Insurance

​

Restored Hope Security LLC is insured and licensed. While every reasonable measure is taken to protect life and property, the company is not liable for:

• Acts of God

• Third-party criminal acts

• Client negligence or failure to follow recommendations

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restored Hope Security LLC and its officers from claims arising from services rendered unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Confidentiality

​

All client information, site details, and service arrangements are kept confidential. Our officers are trained to respect the privacy and discretion of every assignment.

9. Refusal of Service

​

Restored Hope Security LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if:

• The assignment becomes unsafe

• The client violates terms

• There is suspicion of illegal activity

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, TX.

11. Acceptance of Terms

​

By requesting or contracting services with Restored Hope Security LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
